Shows & Meetings
Sundays 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.With a little post-show audience Q&A/discussion from 9:00 to 9:15 pm. A weekly actual play tabletop role-playing game live broadcast over Twitch.
Tuesdays 9:00 am to Noon. In depth discussion on theories applicable to role-playing games drawing from many disciplines, including but not limited to: recreation therapy / therapeutic recreation, neuroscience, & psychology.
Applied gaming sessions. We evaluate new role-playing games, train new staff on our tier 1,2, & 3 level RPG systems/settings, baseline new GM trainees, etc.
Saturdays 11:00 am to Noon Pacific Time. We discuss the latest news on research about the effects and uses of all RPG formats (TRPG, LARP, CRPG, SABM), and once per month have a "Community Focus" episode interviewing/discussing one or more programs from around the world using RPGs in line with our research goals.
Discussion & lectures on RPG and related theories from multiple disciplines.
Each week we run games at a community or related facility, usually open to the general public. Or we show up with the RPG Bus & RPG Trailer at a pre-announced location, such as a park, parking lot, etc. There people can drop in and join either a 1-shot RPG session, or continuing campaigns.
Weekly workshops specifically for game masters. Currently on Saturdays from 9 am to Noon, but soon likely rescheduled to Sundays.
